Emails are the best way to contact us as we can check into your enquiry before getting back to you. However, if your enquiry is urgent please call our dedicated Couples Hotline on 0870 246 1667 *. Lines are open from 10am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

To make a contribution to a gift list by telephone, call our Guest Line on 0871 711 0641 **.
Lines are open from 10am-8pm, Monday to Saturday and 10am-5pm on Sunday. Please remember to have your couple’s gift list number and surname(s) to hand.
To send a cheque (made payable to The Bottom Drawer Ltd Gift List Fund Account and in UK pound sterling only) for a reserved offline purchase, please post to:

We provide guests with the ability to pay by phone, something many gift list services do not. The cost of the call is likely to be similar to the cost of a stamp to post an order to us.
