Using your gift list to pay for your Honeymoon
On our gift pages in the Away From Home section we feature a wide selection of travel companies that feature destinations suitable for your honeymoon. If you book your honeymoon using one of these travel companies we feature then you may be able to use our fantastic gift list service completely FREE of charge! You just need to follow some simple instructions when it comes to booking your trip. If you can’t find something suitable and wish to travel with a company we don’t feature then we simply charge our standard administration fee which gets deducted from your honeymoon gift list funds when they are transferred to you.
And remember, by booking online rather than through a travel agent you will often benefit from online booking discounts.
If you are after a complete wedding package whilst overseas then many travel companies now provide this service, though typically they can’t be booked online. So we would suggest you book the main part of your holiday online to benefit from any discounts available, then phone and add on the extra packages that can’t be booked online (though check this is possible with your travel company first!).
And remember to take your marriage certificate with you on your honeymoon as you will often need this to get special honeymoon offers at your destination (or to try and blag a few extras!)
