Charges for using The Bottom Drawer
We have split our charges into four main types to make it easy and fair for all couples and their guests using our service.
1) Administration fee
Our standard admin fee is £89.00 including VAT, though for many of our couples this is waived/refunded in full to give a completely FREE service! Where the fee is payable, it is simply deducted from your gift list funds. There is nothing to pay when you register so you can easily see what a great service we provide! Find out more here.
2) Credit Card Transaction Charge
For credit card transactions by your guests a small fee of 2.75% will be added to their contribution to cover the charges levied by the banks for accepting credit card payments. Your guests will be informed of this before completing their order and offered the options of paying by cheque or debit card which do not incur this charge. You also have the option when setting up your list to pay these credit card charges yourself if you would prefer that your guests can pay by credit card without surcharge. The appropriate fee will then be deducted from your gift list funds after your list closes.
3) Early Transfer fee
If you wish for any cleared funds collected on your gift list to be transferred out to your own bank account in advance of the final closing transfer (which is included in our standard admin fee) we can do so for a small fee of £10 inc VAT for each additional transfer.
4) Additional Gift List Notification Cards
Up to 150 cards are included in our standard service. However, if you require additional cards these can be ordered from us at a small fee of £10 per 50 cards in batches of 50. Please contact us if you require extra cards.
