In most cases it is FREE as follows:

1) Book your honeymoon or holiday with one of the travel agencies that recommend us and in many cases they will pay our admin fees so it costs you nothing! Please check with your preferred travel agent if they offer our Essentials or Bespoke service for you free of charge (some may offer a discount instead). If your travel agent doesn't offer our service, then ask them to contact us to get set up! Alternatively, you can book your holiday with our sister company Top Drawer Holidays. Book with Top Drawer and for bookings under £1500 per person you will get free use of our "Essentials" service (see below), and for bookings valued at over £1500 per person we can offer you our "Bespoke" service (see below) free of charge, saving you £149!

and/or

2) If the majority (90% or more) of the funds you raise on your list are spent online, via the links to our affiliated stores you will find in the Gifts pages of our site, then we can offer our "Essentials" service (see below) FREE of charge (as we earn commission from your purchases instead). and/or

3) If your list is one where we are able to supply your gifts ourselves (eg Wedgwood items) or you are using a supplier we have put you in touch with (eg a garden makeover from one of our approved landscapers) then again we can offer our "Essential" service for FREE, and in some cases our "Bespoke" service for just a small fee of £60 inc VAT which gets deducted from your gift list funds (please ask us if you would like this so we can check that we are able to offer it for the type of gift list you have in mind).

If none of the above applies and you simply want to withdraw your funds when you close your list to spend wherever you like, then we charge a low, flat rate admin fee. This gets deducted from your list when you close it down and the funds transferred to your own bank. The admin fee is £89 inc VAT for our Essentials service and £149 inc VAT for our Bespoke service.

Essential & Bespoke Gift List Service:

With our Essentials service you create your gift list yourself following the simple step-by-step guide in the FAQ section of our site. If you don't have the time (or the inclination!) to do this then opt for our Bespoke service where we can help to create your list for you. For example with a Bespoke honeymoon list we can tailor make your gift list so it includes gifts for the specific hotels and places you are visiting, add photos to your list for you and even complete your details on the Gift List Notification Cards saving you potentially hours!

Other possible fees:

Your guests don't pay any service charges (provided they use a debit card or cheque - a 2.75% fee is added on to credit card transactions only). You can withdraw cleared funds from your list before you close it for a small Additional Interim Transfer fee of £10. If you need more than the standard maximum 150 Gift List Notification Cards there is a small additional charge. If you have more than 50 debit card (not credit card) transactions on your list (this is very rare) then there is a small extra levy of 50p per debit card transaction over and above the initial 50 which are always included. This keeps our fees sustainable on larger fund raising lists otherwise we would be giving our service away at below cost!
